Fish Range
Every day I hear people telling me that they are absolutely scared of cooking fish. Of course, it’s very difficult for me to understand this, because I was born on the Napoli coast and so was brought up predominantly on a fish diet. I find cooking fish much easier than cooking meat or vegetables – if you buy a fresh piece of fish, there really is not much cooking involved.
If this is your first attempt at cooking fish, I would recommend any one of my exciting new recipes, because they are easy to prepare and full of flavour. -
