I’m so excited to announce my third restaurant in partnership with hotel giant Melia, is now open.
It’s a beautiful modern open plan restaurant with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Old Hall Street. Talking of skylines, you have to visit Sky Bar 360 on the 18th floor, it’s a huge contemporary space with views over Liverpool and the River Mersey, I can’t wait for you to see it.
